U.S. Soy recommends testing on-farm soybean samples for accurate dietary formulation. This reference document provides nutrient composition values for high-oleic and conventional soybeans, including raw and roasted beans, as well as expeller meal. The data are averages from lab data using varying methods. These values are intended to be a reference and are not meant to replace laboratory testing of on-farm samples.
