At a high-oleic soybean session at the 2025 Penn State Dairy Nutrition Workshop, a handout was provided to give an overview of variation in soybean color and particle size found in the field. The handout also shares ten considerations for dairy cattle nutritionists to consider when incorporating high oleic soy into dairy cow diets.
