In this first part of the U.S. Soy breakout session (“High soy for improved health”) at the 2025 Allen D. Leman Swine Conference, session chair Dr. Paul Yeske, DVM, opens with a summary of the state of PRRS incidence as of September 2025. Following that introduction, Dr. R Dean Boyd presents on the benefits of soybean meal for swine health in commercial settings, including under the challenges of PRRSv in nursery pigs and influenza in growing pigs.
