Dairy farmers, consultants, and ag service providers are invited to attend a High-Oleic Soybean Field Day at Enchanted Dairy. The event will showcase the latest in on farm roasting technology, weed control and agronomic considerations, and how High-Oleic beans can improve dairy farmers’ profit. 

The featured highlight of the day is a firsthand look at an advanced oil jacket roaster operating inside a specialized roasting room.
